We are seeking a full-time Accounting Specialist, Elgin IL.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Perfect AP/AR & financial reconciliation. 
• Resourcefully assist team members on A/R & A/P matters & issues. 
• Work with spreadsheets, sales & purchase ledgers & journals; extensive data entry. 
• Calculate & check to ensure payments, amounts & records are correct. 
• Manage petty cash transactions. 
• Control credit & chasing debt. 
• Reconcile finance accounts & direct debits. 
• Assist in monthly closes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Admin Management.
