What can I use as a gluten free alternative to wheat flour?

We have many GF products and can provide you with solutions to just about every baking challenge out there. Depending on what you are baking, we can recommend the right solution. Want to make banana bread without wheat flour? Try almond flour!  Want pretzels without wheat?  How about rice flour or tapioca? We experiment with our ingredients and can provide first hand knowledge of what works.

How can I bake without sugar and keep the flavor?

While there are many alternatives , from aspartame to stevia to guava syrup, one of our favorite recommendations is allulose. Allulose is a naturally occurring sweetener that is a one for one sugar replacement but has zero calories and is diabetic safe. But whatever your needs, we have solutions to get that perfect outcome.
