We are seeking a full-time Buyer, in Elgin IL.


  • Assess current material availability.
  • Predict future availability based market, delivery systems, & other variables. 
  • Preparation & procurement. 
  • PO & requisitions for materials.
  • Support & equipment. 
  • Draft, explain, & implement instructions, policies, & procedures for purchasing & contract management. 
  • Evaluate & approve conditions for issuing & awarding bids. 
  • Resolve issues with vendors, contractors, & suppliers.
  • Maintain/implement purchasing & record-keeping systems. 
  • Prepare & present market conditions & merchandising cost reports. 
  • Collaborate with other departments & leadership to identify & develop needs & requirements for equipment, materials, products, & acceptable substitutes.
  • Act as the company’s representative in negotiations with suppliers. 
  • Coordinate the removal/disposal of surplus materials. 


  • Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Administration Management, or Support Management.
